Brow Art 23, Bay Plaza Mall, Bronx, NY & Joliet, Illinois– 500 square feet store build out. This project included furnish and installing all new gypsum board walls, storage room, new plumbing, new 2-ton HVAC unit, new electrical service, new all glass floor to ceiling store front, ceramic floor tiles, painting (4 colors), 2’ x 2’ acoustical ceiling. Installed all furniture, fixtures and show cases.
New York City Transit contract: repairs at street stairs S7/P7and S8/P8 at 23rd Street Station on the 8th Avenue Line in the Borough of Manhattan
